A Year From Now What Will You Have Wished You Had Started Today?

Think forward to one year.  What will you have wished you had started right now?  So start now! 

Welcome to day 20 of the 31 days of Mindfulness for the March Mindful Challenge.

Today’s challenge has two parts:

1. Do at least 5 minutes worth of spring cleaning. Clear out one drawer, your purse or maybe something bigger like a whole closet.

2. Now ask yourself this question: In one year what will you have wished you had started today? Imagine the forward progress from writing one page a day in your future published book or from training each day for that 5K. Start today by at least putting out there what that thing is. Better yet devote 5 minutes to it. You are worth it.
