Change can be tricky. We tend to love the familiar, the comfortable, the predictable. This workshop will empower you to gain a deeper awareness of yourself, your habits and what’s holding you back from making the necessary changes to attain the life you want. First you’ll learn the hard science behind why the brain makes it easy for us to fall into habits and familiarity. After understanding why change can be hard, we’ll explore how to make change easier through a variety of practical techniques, many of them pertaining to shifting one’s perspective, including writing and breathing exercises, visualization, discussion and partner work. A must if you’re experiencing hesitation as you attempt to step into the life you want.
