In this workshop you will learn the numerous benefits of meditation, experience a meditation and learn how to start a meditation practice that will be easy to stick with!
–Discover several breath meditations to energize, relax or center.
-Learn how a body scan prepares the body for sleep and helps to identify areas of held tension.
-Create a customize meditation program and a plan to stick with it!
-Experience a rejuvenating guide yoga nidra meditation to integrate this information.
