Self-Reflection Through Stress Management Training

This workshop is designed to teach mindful strategies to identify and effectively manage daily stress triggers.
In this session Shawn teaches that we always have a choice: We can let stress overtake us or we can mindfully take control of our stress.
Key learning objectives:
-Discover three powerful breathing techniques to activate the relaxation response in the body and understand when to use each technique to harness its full potential to combat daily stress.
-Connect with your inner teacher and discover significant self-insights that your personal stress triggers are revealing.
-Practice two mindful techniques to learn how to see stress reactions through an empowered perspective. These techniques are S.T.O.P. and R.A.I.N.
-Experience a 10 minute guided meditation reduce emotional reactivity to daily stressors.
In this fun and engaging workshop Shawn will teach you how to inhale more energy and well-being and to exhale tension and stress.
