Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation to Release and Unplug Streamed Online

Need a proven technique to help you unwind from stress and relax?  Yoga nidra (or yoga sleep) is an ancient relaxation tool that teaches you how to manage your stress and emotions while helping your body to release from tension.

It is a simple practice:  you just lay down and allow me, the instructor, to guide you through breath awareness, body scan, feeling into sensations, and visualization.  Once the mind is relaxed the body knows how to release toxins and self-heal.
