Download this worksheet: Mindful Challenge Day 1 Intentions to assist in writing an intention for this challenge that is clear, concise, positive and believable.  You will utilize this intention anytime you are in a stressful thought or situation to pull your whole self back to the present moment.

  Sit for a least 1 minute today in stillness repeating your intention to yourself on your inhale and stating the same intention on your exhale.
