Today’s challenge is to pay attention to our reactions to a pleasant experience and an unpleasant experience.

One shared experience can be perceived differently by each person involved in the experience based upon based events, emotional triggers and our individual thought processes.
The beautiful news is that we always have a choice of how we react to each experience.
Mindfulness teaches us to be aware of our experiences, to observe our reactions and to explore various responses we have at any given moment.
We can always control our internal response.
Based upon this we start to know that we can shape and create our experiences.
